KinkajouKinkajou: Tell us about what most medical people would think about the symptoms of your syndrome Dr Xxxxx:

Dr XxxxxDr Xxxxx :
Chronic Fatigue: This is a common symptom of many many diseases. However, in "chronic" situations better known causes include: Chronic infection (e.g. Glandular Fever, RRV, HCV, Parasitic Infestations such as Schistosomiasis or Filariasis) ,
Immune disease such as connective tissue disease (e.g. Lupus or Rheumatoid, MS ),
Hormonal Issues such as thyroid or testosterone deficiency
Functional Problems like Sleep Apnoea
Blood problems like Anemia or iron deficiency
Nutritional problems such as B12 deficiency, Folic Acid Deficiency or wheat allergy (esp Celiac disease)

Dr AXxxxx Dr AXxxxx : Of course the medical fools cannot see how many of these things are inter-related. I feel sorry for their patients condemned to misery by these pompous all knowing asses.

ErasmusErasmus : Dr AXxxxx! Kind words and words of concern somehow do not seem to really become you. It's not who you are.

Dr XxxxxDr Xxxxx :
Anger, Irritability, Violence, Mood Swings:
These are normally diagnosed as psychiatric disorders. Depression, Bipolar or Borderline Personality would be common diagnoses . Perhaps a better approach in treating these disorders is to look at the presenting symptoms at a given point in time and to treat the presenting symptoms with medications that would be expected to target the neural chemistry disturbed by illness. Disease locus, neural death and excitation of surviving neurones prior to their death is responsible for the varied presentation and apparent alteration of symptomatic presentation over time.

Dr XxxxxDr Xxxxx :
Dizziness or Loss of Balance
Old age, Nerve damage or vestibular problems in the ear are often described by doctors as causes of these symptoms. These categories unfortunately hide the fact that it is possible to alter the progression of the symptoms if you understand their cause.

Dr XxxxxDr Xxxxx :
Aches And Pains:
Many conditions could be considered here depending on the pain pattern. However, most doctors rarely look further than the fact that a joint is affected, therefore it must be arthritis. There is little assessment of many tendons affected in the region. Certainly no one would concern themselves with wether the pain affects the musculotendinous junction or proximal adjacent musculature. These things a re important . they tell a story about the clinical progression of the Paill Illness.

Dr XxxxxDr Xxxxx :
Sweaty Hands :
Rarely , diagnosed as anything except that someone obviously sweats too much. No one again would concern themselves over why there should be neural excitation in the nerves to the hand, (sympathetic cholinergic, I think). Many doctors would say it is a common symptom. Perhaps there is a common cause.

Dr XxxxxDr Xxxxx :
Memory Changes::
Rarely do doctors worry about why patients memories are slowly fading over decades before old age. If you aren't old, then you must be getting old

.Dr AXxxxx Dr AXxxxx : Dead neurones tell no tales Dr Xxxxx. It doesn't just all happen when you get old and get dementia. only doctor fools could miss such an obvious fact.

ErasmusErasmus : The Paill Spectrum illness has a number of clinical presentations. While these above symptoms are common, the illness can mimic many other conditions. It is only if you understand the illness , that you can defeat the illness.
